Rahne Everson, formerly Professor Tim Osborne, is a member from the EZBoard Generation of OutlawStar.net posters and former moderator. He got into the Outlaw Star phenomena around 2002 during its latenight run on Toonami. He joined the OLS.net community sometime thereafter. He can be and has been absent for long stretches of time (though for reasons nowhere near as Scott Bakula and cool as Crimson's), however he has vowed not to vanish again, at least not without telling anybody first. Current projects on the board include reviving the Anime Institute and Research Lab and The Think Tank.

Rahne is also an active blogger and researcher in his own right. He currently runs The 9/11 Anti Truth Movement (MySpace and LiveJournal), a project devoted to researching conspiracy theories.
