Jukai is an old man with a very raspy voice, wrapped from the neck down in a straitjacket with spikes on the back. He wears a mask with the number six on it. He attacks by turning into a giant whirlwind, making his spikes a blur, and ramming his opponents. He was defeated by Aisha at the Leyline.
