Iraga (anime)

Iraga is the second assassin that Gene and the crew encounter. Defying Hazanko she entered into an intergalactic fighting tournament which decides the strongest woman in the universe. She is a member of the Hoke Shadow Boxing team displaying incredible feats of strength and power enabling her to defeat the 4 year consecutive strong woman champion in under 30 seconds. However her abilities can be attributed to the fact that she might be a Ctarl-Ctarl(Aisha completly denys this, and Iraga's transformation includes a hybrid wolf form, so it seems more likely she is an alien werewolf). She wears a pair of goggles to hide her eyes and gloves to hide her hands which are that of wolves. Like Aisha, she has the ability to fully transform into a large wolf. She was defeated by Aisha in the final round of the tournament, after completely destroying the tournament building and setting it and surrounding areas ablaze.
