Hot Ice Hilda is the Outlaw who originally stole the XGP and Melfina from the Kei Pirates. She journeyed to Sentinel III and met up with Gene and Jim under the guise of Rachel Sweet to repair her cybernetic arm which had been damaged. When discovered by Kei Pirates, her true identity was revealed, and she attempted to kill Gene and Jim. Instead, they fled to Hilda's ship Horus where they escaped to Blue Heaven.
