Harry MacDougall is the younger half of the MacDougall brothers. He is a construct based on the genetics of Ron's parents.
Harry is an ace pilot with an extremely short temper and a penchant for blowing things up. Harry evidently seems fond of using El Dorado's Halcyon missile when he used it against Kei Pirates in episode 4.
As the series progresses, Harry becomes infatuated with Melfina. Because she is a bio-android and he is a construct, Harry felt that the two of them were meant to be together. After seeing her while hacking into the Outlaw Star, Harry continually vied with Gene for Melfina's attention while his infatuation evolved into bona fide love.
Finally, at the Galactic Leyline, Harry tried to fight Hazanko in order to free Melfina, but got killed in the process, staying alive only long enough to let Gene through. This, however, is not the end of Harry MacDougall; he has created a back-up of himself on Shargri-La's computer that would take over in the event that he dies.
