Casters

Casters weren't always called casters. In the hot spring episode it was reveiled that they were originally called "spell guns". When the mana started to run out people started putting the spells in cartridges. Each cartrige has a diffrent effect. Only three people who can make caster shells in Outlaw Star have been shown.
