Aisha Clan-Clan

Aisha Clan-Clan is a patriotic Ctarl-Ctarl who serves the Ctarl-Ctarl empire as the empire's ambassador plenipotentiary. While docking at Blue Heaven on the Orta Hone-Hone, she was about to collide with Horus, the cruiser ship belonging to Hot Ice Hilda, and claimed to have the right of way. Hilda, being attacked by an Outlaw gang from Blue Heaven in an asteroid field, had no choice but to fly right by the Orta Hone-Hone, and Aisha was forced to dodge Horus. Thereafter, Aisha learns the ship she encountered was Hilda's ship, and unknowingly let her escape. Because of this, she is removed from her duties as ambassador plenipotentiary, demoted to Resident Officer of Blue Heaven sent to gather information on Hilda and the Galactic Leyline. When Gene Starwind, Jim Hawking and Melfina gained possession of the XGP and docked on Blue Heaven again, Aisha encounters the trio and interrogates them. However, Gene continuously claims he has no information regarding Hilda and the Leyline to begin with. She chases down Gene and the others until they encounter each other again during the Heiphon annual Space Race. She tricks Gene into letting her on board the Outlaw Star by making the pilot of the Nuburu Bori-Bori pretend to plead for help through a distress signal due to an attack on the ship. According to Gene, the MacDougall brothers have more information regarding Hilda and the Galactic Leyline than he does. With this being Aisha's only lead, she joins Gene and the crew of the Outlaw Star, since the MacDougall Brothers were technically one of the very reasons for her demotion.

Aisha bears a tremendous appetite, can physically possess the strength of ten men, and is able to transform into a ferocious white tiger depending on the moon phases of any location with a moon. In her tiger form, any communication to get her attention is hopeless. She acts childish and arrogant, and is not as bright as the rest of the Outlaw Star's crew, yet makes up for this with force or aggression. Sometimes, she will blame others for some of her troubles, and hates it when she is referred to as an "animal." She will persue anything or anyone to get what she wants or needs as long as it pays off and gets her on the right track. She can be considered Jim Hawking's opposite, who acts like an adult yet gets treated like a child. Because of this, she and Jim acquire a brother/sister friendship with each other and get along quite well. Her strength is an invaluable asset to the Outlaw Star's crew. Like Suzuka, she acts as an independent member and assists the main crew whenever a critical situation arises or the Outlaw Star itself needs additional crew.
